Performance Enhancement Imagery
Training the subconscious mind for improved performance. The subconscious mind is far more powerful than the conscious mind in terms of goal achievement. Performance Enhancement Imagery or "guided imagery" is tapping into the subconscious mind to facilitate the athlete performing with improved confidence and in a relaxed manner, regardless of the conditions of the event.
School Safety/Critical Incident Management (SS/CIM)
Lecture and hands on defensive tactics training specifically designed for school faculty addressing the topics of Unidentified/Unauhorized Person in School, the Active Shooter and Terrorism. This session is designed mainly to increase awareness. There are plenty of courses addressing these topics for the law enforcer, but very few for the school official. Course is designed to get faculty members to think and act like a "first responder" during a critical incident.
